The Keywords Method is designed to erase the fears that lead to very unpleasant conditions called panic attack in a shortest period of time. In most cases an hour is enough to erase one fear.

How the Keywords Method work.

To better understand the mechanism of this new approach we need to briefly discuss the phenomenon of monotony and how our brain reacts to it. One of the definitions of monotony is tedious sameness. And the very good example of monotony is the work on the conveyor. Such work is not physically demanding, but… is very tiring mentally. Why is it so? Because our brain can not function properly doing monotonous work and within 30 minutes of such activity will come to neutral phase, kind of stupor. So, how the state of stupor can help us to resolve the issue of panic attack? At the stupor state, if we continue repetition of the keyword/phrase that reflects the fear for the next 30 minutes our brain will simply erase from our unconsciousness fears that lead to panic attack. We all know that any panic attack is initially associated with fear. By doing the keywords method we will be able to eliminate this fear. And when you have no fear, you have no panic attack. It does not matter what fear do you have. For this method type of fear is irrelevant. And what is even more important: for this method does not matter if you believe in it or not. It will work in any case. Simply because it's based on human physiology and biology. We also know that panic attacks are very often accompanied by secondary fears like choking, falling, heart attack, etc. The keyword method will erase every secondary fear as well. All we need to do is to start working with each fear separately. The same technology: We begin repeating the keyword/phrase that is a reflection of our fear for 60 minutes straight without any pause and the fear will be erased from our unconsciousness. Sometimes, when the emotion of fear is charged, we will need to repeat the keyword /phrase once again the next day or the day after for an additional hour. And the fear will be eliminated.

Now, let’s talk about fear. This is a basic emotion that everyone experiences from time to time as a response to a threat. And a threat can be real or imaginary. People who suffer from panic attacks react to imaginary threats. Just to make it clear. This method will erase any fear related to an imaginary threat only. And if the fear is the reaction to the real danger the method will not affect the body response. After all, healthy fear is a normal reaction to real threat. Fear, as an emotion, can be easily described by words. For example: when someone is afraid to drive, he or she can say: I fear driving. If someone is afraid to get out of the house, he or she can say: I fear going outside. People can say: I fear using subway, I fear using escalators, I fear communicating with others. So, it does not matter what kind of fear you have you can erase it and forget about panic attacks. Forever. Isn’t it amazing that you can leave behind the problem you have had for years!

Conclusion: Fear sometimes leads to panic attacks and is described by words. More precisely by keywords/phrase. Using this method, we erase fears, associated with the keywords/phrase from our unconsciousness by doing verbal or mental repetition of these keywords. We are discussing here all fears: initial that lead to panic attack and the secondary ones you experience during the attack.
